<匯港通訊>    藥捷安康(02617)表示，董事會注意到，公司股份之交易價格及成交量近期出現異常變動，董事會確認，概不知悉(i)導致股份出現該等股價及成交量異常變動之任何原因；或(ii)任何須予公布以避免股份出現虛假市場之資料；或(iii)根據上市規則須予披露之任何內幕消息。

董事會亦確認，集團之業務營運維持正常，且集團之業務營運及財務狀況並無重大變動。

該股中午收報619元，急升49.157%，成交額19.2億元。 (ST)
