《新股情報》海西新藥獲超額認購逾3100倍 下周一掛牌 X

<匯港通訊> 海西新藥(02637.HK)公布招股結果,並公布將於下周一主板掛牌。

公告指,香港公開發售部分錄得3164.1倍超額認購,一手中籤率為1%,要認購30萬股,即6000手才穩獲一手。國際發售錄得5.3倍超額認購。

每股上市價為86.4港元,每手50股。

股份原定於周五掛牌,但周四晚間發公告表示上市時間表順延,因需要額外時間完成載有最終發售價、國際配售認購意向水平、香港公開發售申請情況及香港發售股份分配基準相關資料公告的定稿及獲取監管機構批准。
