「皇都」三日連沽3伙套現逾2900萬元 X

<匯港通訊> 新世界發展(00017.HK)旗下港島豪宅「STATE PAVILIA皇都」三日內連沽3伙，套現逾2900萬港元，今日再有大手買家斥資1477.7萬港元購入兩伙，包括VICTORIA ZONE 27樓B7室，實用面積362平方呎，屬一房設計，售價741萬港元，呎價2.047萬港元。

據了解，買家為內地客人，追捧新世界品牌，鍾情新世界專利、註冊及匠心設計，故購入單位作長線投資。

全盤累售345伙，佔可銷售單位逾93%，當中不乏名人、外籍買家及大手豪家，銷情非常理想，其中以價單形式售出單位中，逾80%買家選用即供付款，套現逾38億港元，其中「THE LEGACY傳承．邸」呎價5.1萬港元創下項目新高。
「皇都」全盤僅餘最後43伙待售。
