<匯港通訊>  信和置業(00083.HK)牽頭的元朗錦上路站「柏瓏III」截止今日下午8時，累積收票逾3600票，以首批開售單位138伙計算，超額近25倍。項目將於10月20日(周一)截票，並於10月21日(周二)公開發售138伙。

另「柏瓏」系列今日沽2伙1房單位。今日沽出單位最高成交價及呎價單位為9座12樓B3單位，實用面積353平方呎，成交價563.15萬港元，呎價1.5953萬港元，「柏瓏」系列累售1419伙，累積套現逾129億港元。
