恒地(00012)「woodis」首輪銷售75伙全數沽清 X

<匯港通訊>   由恒地(00012.HK)發展的港島區全新尊尚住宅項目「woodis」今日進行首輪銷售。恒基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示，對項目銷情非常滿意，今日推出61伙2房單位及14伙3房單位，實用面積由343平方呎至598平方呎，全數75伙已沽出，套現約7.58億港元。
客源方面，約7成屬用家，3成屬投資者，買家以年輕客為主，不乏家庭客及外籍人士。若以地區劃分，港島區買家佔約43%，九龍區佔32%，新界區佔約11%，另有14%為外地人士。
