星太鏈集團(00399.HK)擬與Supernova及Scaling Lab.合作 X

<匯港通訊>      星太鏈集團(00399.HK) 宣布，與 Supernova 訂立諒解備忘錄，有意就該公司與 Supernova 之間之合作設立框架，以根據適用美國法律及法規開發及管理基於區塊鏈之系統及相關代幣發行；及作為 Supernova 於有關 AQP 功能水技術及 Supernova 擁有的相關生物技術之機構合作項目之指定代表。
此外，該公司與 Scaling Lab. 訂立第二份諒解備忘錄，內容有關有意就進行與以下各項有關的科學研究進行合作：心血管疾病之遺傳流行病學及生理學與其風險因素，尤其是糖尿病及其治療方法（胰島素除外）；及對水通道蛋白(AQP)以及水及健康相關主題的進一步研究。
