<匯港通訊>      大唐西市(00620.HK) 宣布，配售本金額最高3.23億港元的可換股債券，年期為3年，年利率為3.85%。
可換股債券初步換股價每股0.95港元，轉換為換股股份，將發行最多約3.4億股股份，佔擴大股本約29.8%，所得款項淨額約3.104億港元，其中約2.483億港擬用於購物中心的項目翻新及該等物業的開發，及約6210萬港元用作集團營運資金以支付日常營運開支。
