(Infocast News)       CHINA WOOD INT(01822.HK) has agreed to place 164,460,000 Placing Shares at the Placing Price of HK$0.10 per Placing Share.
The maximum number of 164,460,000 Placing Shares represent approximately 16.66% of the total number of issued Shares as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the 164,460,000 Placing Shares.
The Placing Price of HK$0.10 per Placing Share represents a discount of approximately 9.91% to the closing price of HK$0.111 per Share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on the date of the Placing Agreement.
The maximum gross proceeds from the Placing will be HK$16,446,000. The maximum net proceeds from the Placing will be approximately HK$16.27 million which will be used further development of the food and beverage business segment of the Group.
