美心與港燈辦「你真惜食!」x「綠得開心計劃」 X

<匯港通訊>      由美心集團與港燈(02638.HK)早前合辦的「你真惜食！」x「綠得開心計劃」創意料理大賽,邀請參賽者發揮創意,充份利用不同食材及將剩餘食材變身成為美味的新穎菜式。美心、港燈及各組別得獎於今天展示當中精選的得獎惜食菜式,力證食材充滿無限可能,為社會帶來耳目一新的減廢示例。
「你真惜食！」x「綠得開心計劃」創意料理大賽的總決賽早前已舉行,收到近百份參賽的「惜食」食譜,共有24組入圍總決賽。各參賽隊伍以惜食創意及精湛廚藝,爭奪「親子組」、「中學組」、「大專組」及「公開組」冠軍寶座。同場更頒發「零廚餘大獎」、「最具創意獎?」、「最受歡迎獎」等獎項。
