五礦地產(00230.HK)控股股東以每股1元提私有化 周五復牌 X

<匯港通訊>      五礦地產(00230.HK)宣布，要約人 June Glory International Limited 以計劃安排方式將該公司私有化。根據計劃，計劃股份將予以註銷，以換取以現金支付之註銷價每股計劃股份1港元，較停牌前收市價0.49港元溢價約104.08%。
於計劃生效後，該公司將按例申請撤銷股份於聯交所的上市地位。中國五礦為要約人之最終控股股東。
股份將於10月24日復牌。
