<匯港通訊>      安寧控股(00128.HK) 發盈喜，預期截至2025年9月30日止9個月將錄得股東應佔溢利約2100萬元，去年同期錄得虧損約790萬元
財務表現改善主要由於時裝零售業務錄得輕微溢利約210萬元，主要由於出售大量已作減值的陳舊存貨，以及減少營運支出所致；渡假中心及俱樂部 業務已自2024年6月中旬起停止營運，該業務於截至2024年9月30日止9個月期間錄得虧損610萬元；集團投資組合之已變現及未變現的收益淨額增加，主要由自私募股權基金投資之公允值上升，受惠於部分基金所持的投資所在的股票市場復甦。
