俊裕地基(01757.HK)獲要約人每股0.089元提現金要約全購 周五復牌 X

<匯港通訊>      俊裕地基(01757.HK)宣布，要約人中國創投控股向 Oriental Castle Group Limited 購買約9億股股份，佔已發行股本總額之75%，總現金代價8000萬元，緊接完成後，要約人及其一致行動人士須按例就餘下股份提出強制性現金要約，現金要約價每股0.089元，較停牌前收市價0.425元折讓約79.06%。
中國創投及周振林為要約人控股股東，中國創投由周振林持有。要約人擬於要約截止後維持股份於聯交所之上市地位。
股份將於10月24日復牌。
