<匯港通訊>      SDM教育(08363.HK)宣布，接獲聯交所函件，上市委員會已決定取消該公司上市地位，原因為 GEM 上市委員會認為該公司於復牌截止日期前尚未滿足所有復牌指引。
倘該公司決定不請求 GEM 上市覆核委員會覆核，則股份上市的截止日期將為11月3日，且股份之上市地位將自11月4日上午九時正起被取消。
