香港置業：今年600萬元或以下一手錄逾9000宗成交 X

<匯港通訊>       香港置業研究部董事王品弟表示，綜合《一手住宅物業銷售資訊網》資料及市場消息，本年至今(截至12月3日)，一手錄18815宗成交，已超越去年全年的15504宗約21.4%，創自2013年一手銷售條例以來新高。

若以金額劃分本年至今一手成交量，當中600萬元或以下一手錄9009宗成交，更超越去年全年的5530宗約62.9%，亦創自2013年一手銷售條例以來新高，其中原因是今年有多個中細價盤登場帶動。正因600萬元或以下一手成交量按年升幅勝大市，其佔整體一手成交量比率，由去年約35.7%，大增至約47.9%，比率亦創自2013年一手銷售條例以來新高，逼近整體一手成交的一半，反映600萬元或以下的一手上車盤需求殷切。 (JJ)
