SHANGRI-LA ASIA(00069) announces appointment of CFO X

(Infocast News)      SHANGRI-LA ASIA(00069)announced Mr Chua Chee Wui as dedicated Group Chief Investment Officer and the appointment of Mr Teo Nee Chuan as Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Board. Mr Teo will also join the Executive Committee. Both leadership updates will take effect on 30 March 2026. Following the transition, Mr Chua will continue as Group Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director of the Board.

Mr TEO, aged 55, joined the Group in May 2025 as Senior Vice President, Finance Officer, New Development for China and was appointed as Group Head of Investment and Asset Management for China in September 2025. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for multinational listed corporations across different industries including hospitality.
