「柏瓏」系列單日錄4宗成交單日套現逾3196萬港元 X

<匯港通訊> 由信和置業(00083.HK)、中國海外發展(00688.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的錦上路站項目「柏瓏」系列今日錄得4宗成交,單日套現逾3196萬港元。

最高成交總價為「柏瓏I」第3座1樓A3單位,實用面積745平方呎,3房1套連儲物室間隔,成交價1176.57萬港元,呎價1.5793萬港元。最高成交呎價為「柏瓏III」第2座8樓A6單位,實用面積467平方呎,2房間隔,成交價771.2萬港元,呎價1.6514萬港元。1月至今已錄28宗成交。

市場消息透露,近日「柏瓏」具內地背景的買家明顯增加,當中3房或以上大單位尤受歡迎。隨著「北部都會區」的發展細節逐步落實,尤其是創科產業布局的藍圖愈見清晰,吸引了一批看好長線租務前景的內地背景買家入市。
