卡尼:將大幅降低中國電動車關稅 中方將下調對加國油菜籽關稅 X

<匯港通訊> 訪華的加拿大總理卡尼與國家主席習近平會談後表示,兩國已就關稅問題達成協議,加拿大將會容許最多4.9萬輛中國電動車,以6.1%的最惠國待遇關稅進入加拿大市場。作為交換,加拿大預計中方將於3月1日前,把對加拿大油菜籽的進口關稅,從目前84%降至約15%。

卡尼形容,過去兩日的行程具歷史意義和富有成效,強調必須了解加拿大與其他國家之間的分歧,並致力在立場一致的領域合作。

卡尼稱,加拿大要建立自身具競爭力的電動車產業,就要向創新夥伴學習,利用他們的供應鏈,並提高本地需求。他又預計,電動車協議會為加拿大汽車產業帶來大量中國投資,創造就業機會,讓加拿大加快邁向淨零排放。 (BC)
