國常會:要加快培育服務消費新增長點 促進消費能力和意願提升 X

<匯港通訊> 國務院總理李強主持召開國務院常務會議,聽取提振消費專項行動進展匯報,研究加快培育服務消費新增長點等促消費舉措。

會議強調,要深入實施提振消費專項行動,充份釋放各項政策集成效應,發揮消費拉動經濟增長的基礎性作用,要加快培育服務消費新增長點,支持新業態、新模式、新場景競相湧現。

會議指出,要加快清理消費領域不合理限制,落實帶薪休假制度,促進消費能力和消費意願持續提升。

會議亦部署做好清理拖欠企業賬款行動,以及保障農民工工資支付相關工作,要求加緊清理拖欠企業賬款,盡快下達用於支持清欠的專項債券額度。 (BC)
