<匯港通訊>    中國波頓(03318)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度產生應佔公司股權擁有人虧損。

該公司表示，集團可能考慮對其煙用香精業務的商譽計提不低於約7.5億元人民幣的減值虧損。由於自主研發煙用香精加上整體市場環境變差導致集團煙用香精業務的收入減少。受此影響，集團基於適用的會計原則，對煙用香精業務的未來銷售採用審慎預測，因而產生上述商譽減值虧損的估計。 (WH)
