<匯港通訊>  恒基營業(一部)旗下多個項目於本周末(17及18日)合共錄得19宗成交,項目包括「Belgravia Place」、「The Haddon」、「The Henley」及「Henley Park」總成交金額逾1.6億港元。其中「The Henley」於本周末表現突出,單日售出12伙,總成交額逾1億,最高成交呎價逾3.3萬港元,顯示新一年市場購買力持續升溫。 (BC)
