<匯港通訊>  由長江實業(01113.HK)及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的「BLUE COAST II」今日以招標形式售出一伙4房海景單位，屬4房雙套連儲物房及洗手間間隔，單位位於第3座31樓A單位，實用面積1267平方呎，成交金額3776萬港元，成交呎價2.9803萬港元。

據了解，買家為本地客，計劃購入單位作自住之用。

「BLUE COAST II 」4房戶銷情持續，1月至今已累計售出7伙4房單位，總套現金額逾2.5億港元。（BC)
