啟德 MONACO 系列至今售出1639伙套現逾210億元 X

<匯港通訊> 會德豐地產旗下啟德城中心臨海現樓項目MONACO MARINE今日起(21日)開放全新示範單位予公眾參觀，位於1B座35樓E室，採兩房開放式廚房間隔，實用面積449平方呎，大廳連22平方呎露台，主人房連16平方呎工作平台。
