<匯港通訊> 由信和置業(00083.HK)、中國海外發展(00688.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的錦上路站項目「柏瓏」系列今日錄7宗成交,分別為1伙1房單位、3伙2房單位、3伙3房單位。單日套現逾7038萬港元。

最高成交總價及最高成交呎價單位為「柏瓏II」第1座1樓A2單位,實用面積826平方呎,3房1套連儲物室及工人套房間隔,成交價1433.61萬港元,呎價1.7356萬港元。
