科濟藥業(02171)上海建CAR-T細胞治療產品商業化生產基地 X

<匯港通訊> 科濟藥業(02171)宣布，委託上海金工企業發展，總投資額不超過3.7億元人民幣(下同)，在上海市金山區建設先進的CAR-T細胞治療產品商業化生產基地，此舉有助提升符合國際標準的CAR-T細胞治療產能成為支撐多個產品商業化落地及增強全球競爭力。

於定制裝修交付後的20年內，委託方應當按照戰略合作協議的約定，對全部定制裝修設施進行回購，回購價格不超過3.7億元。

此次交易公司早期無需進行大額資本開支，而回購機制確保公司在長期運營後可完整取得資產控制權。 (ST)
