意大利進口一批包裝米鎘含量超標　食安中心指令停售回收 X

<匯港通訊>  食物安全中心表示,意大利進口「Acquerello」一批預先包裝米,金屬雜質鎘含量超出法例標準,呼籲市民不要食用,業界如持有受影響的批次,亦應立即停止使用或出售。

這批米的進口商是「易覺香港商貿有限公司」,每包淨重500克,最佳食用日期標示為2032年年2月17日。

食安中心發言人稱,透過恆常食物監測計劃,發現有關樣本的鎘含量為百萬分之0.24,超出法例上限的百萬分之0.2,長期攝入過量鎘可影響腎功能。食安中心已知會涉事進口商,指令將受影響批次產品停售、下架和回收,亦會通知意大利當局及業界。 (BC)
