尖沙咀海防道旺段地舖獲承租  月租約23.8萬元 X

<匯港通訊>   由中原(工商舖)獨家代理招租的尖沙咀核心地段海防道珍珠舖位，在推出市場後的短短3個月內，迅速獲新租客茶餐廳行業青睞，剛以每月約23.8萬港元承租。
 
中原(工商舖)商舖部高級分區營業董事鄧振豪表示，是次成交物業位於尖沙咀海防道35至37號海利行地下D舖，涉及面積約840平方呎(未核實)，最新以約23.8萬港元租出，折合呎租約283港元。該地舖原先為業主自用舖位，由金湖茶餐廳自營近30年，及後有見尖沙咀海防道核心地段舖位租賃需求持續增加，趁勢推出市場招租，新租客亦同為經營茶餐廳。 （BC)
