特朗普簽署文件對所有國家進口商品加徵10%關稅 X

<匯港通訊> 美國總統特朗普在旗下社交平台表示,他已簽署文件,對所有國家的進口商品加徵10%的關稅,指關稅將幾乎立即生效。

他又稱,美國所有依據《1974年貿易法》第301條徵收的關稅繼續有效。

美國聯邦最高法院裁定,特朗普引用《國際緊急經濟權力法》對全球多國徵收關稅不合法,法律並未賦予特朗普宣稱徵收關稅的權力。

特朗普譴責裁決糟糕、充滿問題,對法院部分成員感到羞恥。他說當局有非常好的替代方案。他之後稱,將加徵10%的全球關稅,為期150日,以取代部分被最高法院推翻的緊急關稅措施。 (BC)
