貝森特稱美國新的15%全球進口關稅預計本周生效 X

<匯港通訊>   美國財長貝森特表示，美國新的15%全球進口關稅預計在本周某個時間正式生效。

美國聯邦最高法院上月裁定，特朗普政府依據《國際緊急經濟權力法》實施的相關大規模關稅措施缺乏明確法律授權。特朗普其後轉而依據《1974年貿易法》，宣布對所有國家進口美國的商品加徵關稅，取代被最高法院認定違法的關稅，為期150日。

貝森特表示，在這150日期間，美國貿易代表辦公室將就301條款展開研究，商務部將推進依據其他條款實施的關稅措施，以重建特朗普政府的整體關稅體系，預計5個月內令美國關稅恢復到早前水平。(BC)
