<匯港通訊>  Panasonic(松下電器)宣布,擴大在中國的生產能力,聚焦 AI 伺服器基板材料生產,以回應持續增長的市場需求。

該擴張計劃將於2027年4月啟動,將在廣州工廠投資75億日圓(約3.73億港元),新設生產線,主要生產多層基板所需材料。

多層基板是伺服器硬件的重要零組件,為晶片與電子元件提供基礎。 (BC)
