<匯港通訊>  美國投資銀行摩根士丹利(MS.US)據報計劃全球裁員約3%。

《華爾街日報》報道,大摩約有8.3萬名員工,今次裁員約2500人,將影響其投資銀行、交易業務.以及財富管理和資產管理部門的員工。據知情人士透露,裁員涉及前線和後勤員工,裁員與個人績效掛勾,同時也反映公司業務重點及辦公選址策略的調整。

大摩近期業績下滑,需要縮減員工規模,但集團首席執行官皮克獲加薪32%。 (BC)
