<匯港通訊>  永泰地產(00369.HK)執行董事兼銷售及市務總監楊聰永表示,前臨粉嶺高爾夫球場之全新發展項目「CLOUDVIEW 雲向」參觀人士反應熱烈,包括不少在周邊工作的專業人士,與經常往來大灣區的企業家,反映區內自用及投資的買家,均對雲向單位需求殷切。

發展商宣布,今日上載價單第4號,涉及146伙,單位呎數由218-303平方呎,涵蓋開放式至一房戶型,價單售價由374.1-615.3萬港元,價單呎價由約1.6064-2.0741萬港元,扣除高達售價20%總折扣優惠後,該批單位折實售價由299.3-492.3萬港元,折實實用面積呎價由約1.2854-1.6595萬港元,發展商表示,屬原價加推,預計市場勢將反應熱烈。 (BC)
