「海瑅灣I」周五招標254向海戶擬即日開標 X

<匯港通訊> 由信和置業(00083.HK)、嘉里建設(00683.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)、招商局置地(00978.HK)及港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的將軍澳日出康城「海瑅灣I」，落實本周五招標賣254伙向海單位。

信置執行董事田兆源表示，該批單位獲中港兩地準買家查詢，當中包括多組大手客，最快即日公布招標結果。另亦會在月內以價單形式推出項目入場版單位。

至於後市面，田兆源指，過去數周亦有不少新盤沽清，亦吸引不少投資者入市，反映樓市有上升走勢，另每個新盤各有獨特性，料百花齊放有利樓市發展。（BC)
