《公司盈警》瑞港建設(06816)料去年稅後虧損不少於1.26億元 X

<匯港通訊>     瑞港建設(06816)發盈警，預期截至2025年12月31日止年度將錄得不少於1.26億元的稅後虧損(含初步評估的金融資產減值撥備約6500萬元)，而相對2024年度則錄得約1.51億元稅後虧損(含金融資產減值撥備6100萬元)。

於2025財年，集團（i）營業收入有改善，收入和毛利分別上升約2.48億元及3300萬元；（ii）行政開支則因進行成本控制而減少約2500萬元；但（iii）財務成本上升約2400萬元。唯綜合而言，營運毛利仍不足以抵消行政開支、財務成本、以及資產減值撥備，因此導致2025財年持續虧損。同時，公司仍在評估個別資產是否需要追加減值撥備；2025財年的預期虧損有可能進一步增加。  (ST)
