大洋集團(01991)接獲清盤呈請 涉約5038萬元未付款項 X

<匯港通訊>    大洋集團(01991)宣布，公司接獲由北京日信嘉銳投資管理(呈請人)日期為2026年3月19日於香港高等法院針對公司提出之清盤呈請，申請對公司進行清盤。

該呈請乃針對公司提出，內容有關公司一筆金額為5037.78萬元(包括直至2026年2月24日之應計利息)之未付款項，此乃與由公司發行將於2026年7月20日到期利率為10%之4000萬元可換股債券有關。

該呈請定於2026年6月10日進行聆訊。
