物監局歡迎政府推出私人樓宇滲水的新檢測程序 X

<匯港通訊>   物業管理業監管局(物監局)歡迎政府提出於今年年中起以試行方式，在全港實施調查私人樓宇滲水的新檢測程序 ，推動業主正視並及早處理物業滲水問題；同時積極推動以調解方式，解決住戶之間有關滲水引起的爭議，冀減少需要政府介入情況。

物監局會與由食物環境衛生署(食環署)及屋宇署合組的聯合辦事處(聯辦處)緊密合作，加強物業管理(物管)業界對新措施的認識，並鼓勵業界積極作出配合，共同解決物業滲水問題，促進社區和諧。 （BC)
