<匯港通訊>       智譜(02513)宣布，收購北京紅鑽科技發展(目標公司)100%股權，現金代價約8162萬元人民幣，及該公司以現金支付促使償還相關債務，並承接總額約2.789億元人民幣的相關債務的權利，收購總代價將不超過3.605億元人民幣。

目標公司持有位於中國北京市海淀區東北旺西路8號19號樓鑽石大廈地下一層及一至三層之物業，總建築面積約22,666.71平方米。 (WH)
