凌銳控股(00784)獲要約人折讓約34%提全購要約 周三復牌 X

<匯港通訊>       凌銳控股(00784)宣布，要約人購買合共約5.6億股股份，佔已發行股本總額70.02%，代價為1.33億元，緊接完成後，要約人及一致行動人持有已發行股份的70.02%，要約人須作出強制性無條件現金要約，現金要約價每股0.2375元，較4月14日收市價每股0.36元折讓約34%。

要約人由海普洛斯持有，海普洛斯集團是一家基因檢測解決方案供應商，主要在中國專注於運用分子診斷技術實現精準醫療。

要約人擬於要約截止後維持股份在聯交所的上市地位。

股份將於4月15日復牌。 (WH)
