<匯港通訊> 國際期油價格下跌，市場憧憬美伊重啟談判。

倫敦布蘭特期油每桶收報94.79美元，跌4.57美元，跌幅近4.6%。紐約期油每桶收報91.2美元，跌7.8美元，跌幅約7.9%。

國際能源署(IEA)署長比羅爾表示，目前油價仍未充份反映中東戰爭對全球能源市場構成的嚴重威脅，如果霍爾木茲海峽未能重新開放，油價可能會進一步大升，遠高於目前水平。

IEA 發表月度報告指，中東能源基礎設施受襲以及霍爾木茲海峽被封鎖，已導致史上最重的石油供應干擾，令3月每日供應減少1010萬桶，認為恢復霍爾木茲海峽的石油運輸仍是紓緩能源供應、油價及全球經濟壓力的最重要因素。（BC)
