<匯港通訊> 由恒地(00012.HK)、希慎(00014.HK)及帝國集團紅磡新核心大型海濱住宅項目「One Victoria Cove 首岸」,今日首個周末對外開放示範單位及展銷廳。恒基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,項目自開放展銷廳及示範單位以來,參觀人潮絡繹不絕,以年輕客為主,不少為家庭客及投資者,當中不乏換樓客,場面相當熱鬧。

韓氏續指,有見市場反應踴躍,預計下周初將加推新一批單位應市及公布銷售安排,本月底銷售。 (BC)
