<匯港通訊>  由新世界發展(00017.HK)與港鐵公司(00066)合作發展的港鐵大圍站上蓋臨河地標式大型住宅項目「柏傲莊III THE PAVILIA FARM III」今日首輪以價單發售88伙,全數單位已即日沽清,合共套現逾9.5億港元,最高成交呎價2.5993萬港元,屬一房單位。連同招標發售的三、四房臨河大宅,「柏傲莊III」短短4個銷售日售出169伙,套現近30億港元。

為回應市場需求,項目將於日內更新價單,加推單位應市。 (BC)
