Meta 據報擬5月啟動今年首輪大規模裁員 X

<匯港通訊> 《路透》引述3位知情人士指,Facebook 母公司 Meta(META.US)計劃於5月20日啟動今年首輪大規模裁員,後續還將有更多裁員。

其中一位消息人士稱,Meta 將在首輪裁員中裁減約10%的全球員工,即近8000名員工。

消息指,Meta 計劃在今年下半年進一步裁員,但細節尚未確定;高管們可能會根據人工智能(AI)能力的發展情況調整計劃。

該公司據報計劃裁減全球20%或以上的員工。而 Meta 今年的裁員將是其自2022年底至2023年初重組以來規模最大的一次,當時該公司裁減約2.1萬個職位。而據最新財報,截至去年12月底,Meta 有近7.9萬名員工。 (BC)
