<匯港通訊>  由新世界發展(00017.HK)與港鐵公司(00066.HK)合作發展的港鐵大圍站上蓋臨河地標式大型住宅項目「柏傲莊III THE PAVILIA FARM III」,昨日首輪以價單發售88伙,全數單位沽清,合共套現逾9.5億港元,最高成交呎價2.5993萬港元。

由於向隅者眾多,即晚再上載1B、2B、3B及4A價單,涉及75伙修訂售價,以回應市場需求,扣除最高折扣20%計算,折實售價由789.3萬港元起,折實呎價由2.1928萬港起。 (BC)
