<匯港通訊>  根據中原(工商舖)統計,3月份商廈租賃市場表現活躍,該月共錄得約588宗租賃成交,按月及按年均上升約78.18%及約5.38%,涉及租用樓面面積約148.3萬平方呎,按月上升逾約50%。

中原(工商舖)預測,隨著企業搬遷及擴張需求持續,4月份商廈租賃交投將獲得有力支持,預料商廈成交量將穩步上升,港島區商廈走勢會較強。 (BC)
