「ONE STANLEY」錄「一客兩食」成交 總成交價逾1.1億元 X

<匯港通訊>  建灝地產集團投資及銷售部董事鄭智荣表示,「ONE STANLEY」是日透過招標形式售出位於第6座1及2樓B單位複式大宅,以及第6座3樓B單位天際特色大宅,兩伙大宅均由同一組買家購入,總成交價逾1.1億港元。

鄭智荣續指,近月一手住宅市場氣氛向好,「ONE STANLEY」之預約參觀量亦持續向升,不少富豪買家紛紛入市,連同上述成交,項目至今已售出40伙,總成交金額逾41.7億港元,不少戶型僅餘少量單位或已悉數沽清,當中今年首4個月已錄8個單位包括洋房及分層特色戶成功售出,總成交金額逾7.7億港元,銷售成績理想。

鑑於項目今年銷售成績理想,配合整體住宅價格呈上升趨勢,集團將考慮於五一黃金周後調高項目的內部指引價。 (BC)
