<匯港通訊>  嘉華國際(00173.HK)牽頭的九龍東啟德承豐道15號「啟德海灣」第2期首輪價單形式發售160伙,沽出127伙,套現逾9億港元,最高成交呎價逾2.4萬港元。

截至目前,「啟德海灣」合共已累售931伙,整體套現約76億港元。

由於市場反應理想,發展商趁勢加推第2號價單,共118伙應市。扣除最高25%折扣優惠後,折實平均呎價約2.1932萬港元,單位折實入場價為560.8萬港元。 (BC)
