BYD Company Limited (BYD) announced the proposal to issue of Bonus Shares on the basis of eight (8) Bonus Shares for every ten (10) Shares in issue; and to issue Capitalization Shares on the basis of twelve (12) Capitalization Shares for every ten (10) Shares in issue. Capital adjustment to BYD stock futures and stock option contracts will be made on 10 June 2025, the ex-date.
