<匯港通訊>      建發國際(01908)宣布，先舊後新配售4500萬股，佔擴大後股本2.75%，每股配售價17.98元，較昨日收市價19.86元折讓9.47%，集資8.09億元，淨額8億元，約80%將用作償還借款；及約20%將用作一般營運營金。公司及控股股東有90日禁售期。 (ST)
