商湯(00020)創始人湯曉鷗等自願承諾下月底起計兩年內不減持 X

<匯港通訊>      商湯(00020)宣布，湯曉鷗(創始人)、徐立(共同創始人)、王曉剛(共同創始人)、徐冰(共同創始人)及由彼等控制的實體(即分別為Amind Inc.、XWORLD Enterprise Inc.、Infinity Vision Enterprise Inc.及Vision Worldwide Enterprise Inc.)已自願承諾，自2022年12月30日開始起計的兩年期間內，不會出售於公告日期由彼或彼控制的任何實體持有或實益擁有的任何公司的A類股份及/或B類股份。

自公司上市以來，湯曉鷗、徐立、王曉剛及徐冰均未出售其各自實益擁有的公司任何股份。湯曉鷗、徐立、王曉剛及徐冰已知會公司，該等自願禁售承諾乃以公司為受益人，以表達彼等對集團長期價值及前景的信心。 (ST)
