<匯港通訊>     內地鎳全產業鏈公司力勤資源(02245)公布H股招股結果，該股以近下限15.8元定價，其招股價介乎15.6元至19.96元，公司淨籌35.157億元，股份明日(12月1日)掛牌，每手200股，一手中籤比率80%，申請2手穩獲1手。

香港公開發售獲1.3455萬份有效申請，認購3409.54萬股，相當於公開發售可供認購2325.48萬股超購0.47倍，香港公開發售佔比維持10%。國際發售獲0.4倍超購。

按發售價每股15.8元計算，根據基石投資協議，基石投資者已合共認購1.61億股發售股份，合共佔公司股本總額約10.39%及全球發售項下發售股份數目約69.27%(兩者均於任何超額配股權獲行使前)。 (ST)
