<匯港通訊>   龍湖集團(00960)發行最多20億元人民幣3年期的債券,票面年利率定在3厘,是發行區間的下限,亦是獲官方背景的中債增進,提供全額擔保的民企內房之中最低,接近國家開發銀行債券的水平。

內地傳媒認為,反映內房債券融資環境改善。內地放寬上市地產公司再融資之後,民企內房世茂集團(00813)在上海上市的子公司世茂股份,就計劃向最多35名投資者配售A股,集資用於「保交樓」項目和還債等。 (BC)
